Had an amazing spa party at the Spa at the Palmer House for my birthday! The atmosphere was very relaxing and the staff were amazing! We all had a massage that we all enjoyed. The food was delicious! I will definitely be back!

I had such a wonderful experience at this spa! I visited with a small group of friends for a relaxing day together, and everything exceeded our expectations. The planning for our day and the actual day of services we received for our mother/daughters outing was exceptional! The communication from the staff in the planning process and the welcoming and accommodating of us was professional and fun. We were able to use the fitness amenities of the hotel before our services. We each enjoyed and relaxed with the services we received by the knowledgeable and professional staff. We stayed and relaxed longer with champagne and snacks. Overall, it was a great experience and hope to make it an annual event.

The Spa at the Palmer House made it so easy to coordinate a recent group event for a bachelorette party. The communication was very quick. The group package prices were very reasonable compared to other spa locations. The facility had everything we needed and even better it was convenient to stay at the hotel. The ladies each got to choose their own spa service. It came with some food and bubbly that we enjoyed. Overall great experience. Would book again.

I came to the Palmer House spa with a group of friends for a bachelorette party and we had the best time!! We had a fairly large group and we were all accommodated - sizing, allergies, pregnancies, and preferred service provider gender were all taken into account. It was a peaceful, lovely break from an otherwise busy weekend! I hope to stop again next time I’m in Chicago! ☺️
